Debriefing your birth is not just about re-telling the story — it’s about shifting from the external events to your inner world: the emotions you carried, the self-talk that stayed, the beliefs you formed about yourself in that moment. This gentle, nourishing approach combines body awareness, sensory tracking, and resources for safety to help your system relax, renew, reset, and find its own balance again.
