Sometimes, the deepest healing happens when a mum finally feels heard. 💚
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming. The constant giving, the endless decisions, and the quiet worries that linger in the background—sometimes, it all feels like too much. One mum recently shared with me that she had been carrying so much, she hadn’t even realized the weight of it all until she finally let go.

She came into the session feeling unseen, exhausted, and stretched thin. The mental load of motherhood weighed heavy—second-guessing every decision, wondering if she was doing enough, feeling like she had lost herself in the process. She carried the invisible pressure of being ‘strong’ all the time, the guilt of taking time for herself, and the exhaustion that came from constantly putting others first. Through craniosacral therapy, she found a space where she could soften, breathe, and be held in the way she truly needed. Because healing isn’t just for the baby—it’s for you too. 💚
Your body carries your birth story, your emotions, your sleepless nights, and your unspoken worries. It remembers everything. The unexpressed tears, the tension in your shoulders, the deep fatigue that no amount of coffee can fix. And just like your baby, you also need moments of deep rest, care, and connection.
