LEARNING CHALLENGES

Do you have a child who has been diagnosed with
ADHD, anxiety and/or depression?

When Learning Feels Like a Struggle — For Them and For You

Does it feel exhausting watching your child’s busy little brain try to navigate the daily chaos of school, emotions, and expectations? The constant battles with focus, mood swings, meltdowns, or sleep troubles can leave you feeling overwhelmed and worried: “Why can’t they keep up like the other kids? Am I doing enough?”

Beneath the surface, your child’s nervous system is working overtime, often carrying tension, worry, and self-doubt that make even simple days feel heavy. You want to support them fully but sometimes don’t know how to help them relax, reset, or find calm in the storm.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy offers a gentle, helpful touch that listens deeply — working with your child’s body and nervous system to renew their ability to self-regulate, focus, and feel emotionally safe. It supports the brain’s natural wisdom to rewire unhelpful patterns, helping them move from struggle to ease, frustration to flow, and overwhelm to peaceful confidence.

This is a real chance for your child — and your family — to experience a quantum shift: where patience grows, self-belief strengthens, and challenges begin to soften. It’s about stepping into a new way of being together, with more love, trust, and connection.

The benefits you may notice include:

  • Improved mood and calmer behaviour

  • Easier transitions and better sleep

  • Greater focus and resilience

  • Deeper connection between you and your child

  • A renewed sense of potential and hope..

You don’t have to face this alone. With the right support, your child can transform their experience of learning — and you can rediscover the joy of seeing them thrive.

Testimonials

‘When I first started seeing Sandra, my son was struggling with self-regulation and managing his emotions. He was having a big outburst and was not willing to listen to adults when they were trying to help him. He had anxiety, was often in flight and fighting, or was hiding and crying. It was difficult leaving friends’ houses, and it

limited us as a family unit.

After two sessions and after each session, life became better. He has fewer meltdowns, which are shorter and not as intense, and he listened to me more and could stop himself from having a full-blown meltdown and just express that he was upset or angry but not yell or cry. It has helped so much that if your child has difficulties with self-regulation, I recommend sessions with Sandra to help them calm down and self-regulate more

efficiently."     Jade

"My child has had persistent flight or fight reactions since birth, which led me to start working with Sandra, who has ADHD, eye ticks (since starting on medications), snort/throat clearing ticks, sleep issues, and nasal concerns. He was sensitive both physically and emotionally (beautiful quality but challenging often). He was triggered even when using gentle parenting techniques.

He had anxiety, emotional control issues, and a history of trauma, including birth and generational trauma. Our whole house became disorganised, with no space other than to solve that last tantrum and the ensuing chaos. The biggest thing was getting him off ADHD medications. Watching his emotional intelligence grow and seeing his nervous system become more robust and heal has been the biggest and best gift I think I’ve ever received.

I’m not too sure how many sessions we had, as I needed a lot of sessions along with my son. There were definite shifts after each session, even after the first session. Sometimes it was one step backwards before taking great strides forward, but that is the path usually taken on the healing journey. After 5 months, he is off his medication, and I have a very different child. I have a very deep connection with him, and our relationship continues to grow in love every single day now.

You gave our family the greatest gifts we could ever receive, and you always did it with such grace and love. You embody a loving and deeply nurturing nature that is hard to come by in today’s society. Thank you for always making us feel safe, supported, and guided."        Samara
