You finally sit down
but your body still
won’t switch off

Your baby won't settle
and something doesn’t feel right

It’s not you

It’s not you

If your baby or child won’t settle
cries often
or seems uncomfortable for no clear reason
it can feel confusing and exhausting

You might find yourself wondering
what am I missing
why can’t I calm them
why does this feel so hard

You are not failing
and your baby or child is not broken

Your nervous systems may be overwhelmed
and need support to feel safe again

Gentle nervous system support for mums, babies and children

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is gentle hands-on bodywork that supports the nervous system to settle, regulate and rebalance.

It is not about forcing change.
It is about listening to the body
supporting safety
and allowing tension to soften at the pace your system is ready for.

Support for your baby or child

Sessions may support babies and children who are experiencing:

Crying and unsettledness
Sleep struggles
Feeding tension
Car seat distress
Separation worries
Big emotions
Birth or pregnancy stress held in the body

Every session is gentle
baby-led
and paced around your child’s comfort.

Where do we begin

You do not need to know exactly where to start

You are welcome to begin with what feels most supportive or you

your baby

or both

Sessions

Around 60 to 75 minutes

$100

A gentle session to understand
what has been feeling hard
and where support is needed most

If your baby is under 8 weeks old
we can begin gently with your baby
while also supporting you in the room.

If your baby is over 8 weeks old

I often suggest mum has her own session first.

This helps your body settle
so you know what the work feels like
and your baby or child can feel your regulation too.

As a mum myself
I would want to know what something feels like
before someone placed hands on my child.

That is why we begin gently
with trust
comfort
and safety first.

What families are noticing

“Before seeing Sandra, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and felt like nothing was helping. After our first session, my baby was calmer, happier, and finally able to settle. It felt like the first real exhale we had both had in months.”

Sophie, mum of a baby boy

“I had the first session myself and immediately felt calmer and more relaxed. That shift flowed onto my son. After three sessions, his anxiety attacks were less frequent and he was regulating much more easily.”

Skye, mum of a 4-year-old

“After two sessions, my son’s cough had settled, his frustration eased, and his speech improved so much. The changes were gentle but clear, and it made everyday life feel easier for all of us.”

Teneal, mum of a 2-year-old

Small shifts can change a great deal.

Questions families often ask

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy that supports the nervous system to settle, regulate, and rebalance. It is quiet, non-invasive, and led by what your body is ready for.

How many sessions will we need?

Every family is different. Some notice change after one or two sessions, while others benefit from a little more support over time. We begin gently and follow what is needed.

Can I come first before booking for my baby or child?

Yes. In many cases this is where we begin. When your nervous system has space to settle first, your baby or child often responds more easily too.

What should I bring to the session?

Just yourself, and anything your baby or child may need to feel comfortable. You do not need to prepare anything special.

Can this help with sleep, crying, or settling?

This work supports the nervous system underneath the symptoms. As the body begins to settle, families often notice shifts in sleep, regulation, crying, and overall ease.

Support is available for adults too

While much of this work supports mums, babies and children,
sessions are also available for adults seeking nervous system support,
stress support,
and gentle regulation.

You’re welcome to reach out
when you’re ready

You do not need to wait
until things feel harder
