You might be here because…

  • Your baby struggles to settle, sleep, or travel calmly

  • Your child releases everything at home after holding it together elsewhere

  • You feel constantly “on,” tense, or exhausted

  • You want gentle support for your nervous system — yours or your baby’s.

This is not about fixing — it’s about giving your system the safety to soften.

How I work
My work is slow, respectful, and guided by the body’s own intelligence. Nothing is forced or rushed.
Through gentle touch, the nervous system is supported to settle, regulate, and feel at ease.
For mums and babies, this often shows up as calmer bodies, deeper rest, and a sense of connection you can carry home.

Supporting Mums First

For babies over eight weeks old, I usually work with mums first. Supporting your nervous system first replenishes energy, softens tension, and makes it easier to co-regulate your baby during their session. Once your system is supported, we gently bring the baby or child into the session. This sequence often makes a huge difference in how comfortably the baby responds and how relaxed the parent feels.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps the nervous system settle, regulate, and reconnect with its natural rhythm.

How it works:
Through light, gentle touch, BCST supports the nervous system to release tension and regain balance. It is particularly effective for:

  • Babies who struggle to settle, sleep, or travel

  • Children who carry stress from school or activities

  • Mums feeling constantly “on,” tense, or exhausted

During a session, you may notice:

  • Deeper, calmer breathing

  • A sense of ease spreading through the body

  • Subtle shifts in posture or movement

  • Improved sleep or emotional regulation over time

Why it helps
BCST does not require you to explain what happened or relive difficult experiences. The body remembers — and it can heal when it feels safe enough.

What to expect in your first session
Many mums arrive feeling unsure — wondering what they should say or do. There is nothing you need to prepare.
Sessions are quiet, gentle, and guided by the body’s own rhythm. You lie down, fully clothed, while light, respectful touch supports the nervous system to settle.

Why I like to work with mums first
For babies over eight weeks old, I usually start with the mum alone. Supporting your nervous system first replenishes energy, softens tension, and creates a calm, regulated state. This helps you co-regulate your baby during their session.
Once your system is supported, we gently bring the baby or child into the session. This sequence often makes a huge difference in how comfortably the baby responds and how relaxed the parent feels.

How it feels

  • Deep relaxation

  • A sense of calm spreading through the body

  • Subtle shifts in comfort, movement, or ease

Important things to know

  • You don’t need to relive or retell experiences

  • Nothing is forced or manipulated

  • The body leads the pace

About Sandra Morris

Sandra Morris is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) with over 20 years of experience supporting women and families to return to balance, ease, and inner knowing. Based in Falcon Bay, her work is grounded in deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and a gentle, nurturing approach that creates space for profound rest, healing, and renewal.

Trained through Resonance Trainings (Sydney, Australia), Sandra has continued to deepen her practice through postgraduate study and specialised pre- and perinatal work with birth therapy pioneers including the late Dr Ray Castellino and Myrna Martin. She has also completed advanced training in working with children, toddlers, and teens, enriching her understanding of the nervous system across all life stages—particularly the transitions women move through as mothers, carers, and individuals.

At the heart of Sandra’s work is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a subtle yet powerful modality that supports women to soften, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and restore a sense of safety within the body. In group and retreat settings, her presence offers a quiet anchor—inviting women to slow down, listen inward, and experience a deep remembering of calm, self-trust, and embodied strength.

Sandra is a proud mother of two grown daughters and a devoted “Nana Bear” to her granddaughter. She is nourished by time with family, the grounding rhythm of beach walks, and the loving partnership that supports her life and work.
