Mum and Baby Reset

It’s not you
If your baby or child won’t settle
cries often
or seems uncomfortable for no clear reason
it can feel confusing and exhausting
You might find yourself wondering
what am I missing
why can’t I calm them
why does this feel so hard
You are not failing
and your baby or child is not broken
Your nervous systems may be overwhelmed
and need support to feel safe again

Gentle nervous system support for mums, babies and children
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is gentle hands-on bodywork that supports the nervous system to settle, regulate and rebalance.
It is not about forcing change.
It is about listening to the body
supporting safety
and allowing tension to soften at the pace your system is ready for.

Support for your baby or child
Sessions may support babies and children who are experiencing:
Crying and unsettledness
Sleep struggles
Feeding tension
Car seat distress
Separation worries
Big emotions
Birth or pregnancy stress held in the body
Every session is gentle
baby-led
and paced around your child’s comfort.

Where do we begin
You do not need to know exactly where to start
what feels most supportive for you
your baby
or both
Sessions
Around 60 to 75 minutes
$100
A gentle session to understand
what has been feeling hard
and where support is needed most
If your baby is under 8 weeks old
we can begin gently with your baby
while also supporting you in the room.
If your baby is over 8 weeks old
I often suggest mum has her own session first.
This helps your body settle
so you know what the work feels like
and your baby or child can feel your regulation too.
As a mum myself
I would want to know what something feels like
before someone placed hands on my child.
That is why we begin gently
with trust
comfort
and safety first.
